Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Funds can currently be deposited on jeeuzz through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or methods registered in another person's name are not accepted.
• jeeuzz does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from jeeuzz is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method that was originally used to make the deposit.
• The account must be fully verified (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal request may be temporarily held for investigation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

jeeuzz offers various types of bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. By accepting a bonus, the following terms automatically apply.

Welcome Bonus

jeeuzz offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000; or on a ৳22,000 deposit you will receive a ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳42,000.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If any bonus-related fraud or misuse is detected, jeeuzz has the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jeeuzz reserves the right to change or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

VIP Program

The jeeuzz VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

jeeuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If the documents required for identity verification are not provided within the stipulated time.
• On the instruction of a court, law enforcement agency or regulatory authority.
• On the basis of the user's own responsible gaming request (self-exclusion).
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (no activity for 12 months or more).

Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed for any reason other than a breach of the Terms, the verified balance will be returned. If closed due to a breach of the Terms, jeeuzz reserves the right to forfeit the funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jeeuzz accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems on the part of a third party.
• Loss caused by malware or security vulnerabilities on the user's own device.
• Financial loss arising from bet outcomes — gaming always carries risk.
• Inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the platform or maintenance breaks.
• Any errors or inconsistencies in the software of third-party game providers.
